This class gently guides you through the foundations of yoga—steady postures, mindful alignment, and flowing transitions—while weaving in breath awareness, inner listening, and soft, feminine strength.
Each week includes:

✨ Breath-led practice to bring you inward
✨ Chakra awareness woven into the theme
✨ A short dharma talk to centre the mind
✨ A closing guided meditation or relaxation to soothe the nervous system
