We begin with steady box breathing to ground your energy, then open the body through soft side stretches, twists, and torso rotations.
Flow through seated and tabletop cat–cow, melt back into downward dog, and move through one modified Sun Salutation to awaken your strength with ease.
Settle into child’s pose, then recline for hip-opening knee circles and playful happy baby.
Close with a nourishing shavasana, guided by body awareness to help you return to your day centered, calm, and quietly powerful.
