This 25-minute class is a gentle, all-round flow to wake up the body and bring energy into your day.
We begin seated, settling into the body with breath before moving through seated Cat and Cow, torso rotations, and wide-legged stretches reaching forward and back. Gentle core activation and circular movements help awaken the spine and hips.
From there we explore Animal Pose, lifting the hips and creating strength and openness through the front body. A seated butterfly with a forward fold softens the hips before transitioning through Table Top and Downward Dog.
The flow continues into Malasana (yogi squat) and a standing four-way stretch, building balance and mobility. We briefly activate the core in Navasana (Boat Pose) before softening into Reclined Butterfly and finishing with Shavasana.
A beautiful practice to move the whole body, build gentle strength, and start the day feeling awake and centred.
