Turning Inward (25 Minutes)

This 30-minute practice is a slow, inward-moving class designed to help you release tension and settle the nervous system.

We begin in shavasana, gently curling into a ball to create a sense of safety and grounding. From there, we move through mindful floor-based movements including one-knee-to-chest variations, pelvic tilts, supported bridge, and soft spinal awakening.

Seated shapes follow with animal-inspired movement, side bends, a modified Wild Thing, butterfly pose, and gentle neck releases to open the body with ease.

The class closes with a guided meditation, offering space to rest, reflect, and reconnect.

Perfect for evenings, emotional days, or anytime you need a gentle reset.
