We move mostly around Goddess Pose, exploring strong, steady shapes such as Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle, Wide-Leg Forward Fold, and Tadasana. Gentle balancing elements invite you to find your centre while staying rooted and supported.
The focus is on grounding through the four corners of the feet, connecting to the legs and pelvis, and cultivating a sense of stability and inner strength. Expect a warming, energising flow that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and present — even in just 15 minutes.
