In this beginner-friendly session, we move step by step through simple but powerful practices:

  • Breath observation to settle the nervous system and become present
  • Yogic breath (Dirga Pranayama) to expand your lung capacity and soften tension
  • Box breathing to create steadiness and clarity
  • Breath with movement to open the body and release stress
  • Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance energy and emotions
  • Breath retention to cultivate focus and inner strength
  • A short guided meditation to close, helping you integrate the experience

This workshop is perfect if you're new to breathwork or if you’d like to build more breath awareness — in your practice, in your daily life, and in the moments you need grounding most.
