Welcome to the transition from the Yamas to the Niyamas. This week, we explore Saucha, or Purity. In our modern "Lioness" journey, Saucha is the practice of clearing the mental clutter—wiping the mirror of the mind so we can see our true reflection beneath the "noise" of daily life.
This session is designed to "wring you out" from the inside out. Through a series of twists and the powerful "squeeze" of Eagle pose, we clear away stagnant energy to make room for fresh, vibrant clarity.

The Internal Clear-Out: We begin seated with Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to balance the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Wringing Out the Spine: Moving through Eagle Arms and Cat-Cow into a Twisted Downward Dog to release tension along the spinal column.
The Flow of Devotion: A cleansing Sun Salutation flow featuring Humble Warrior to bow away the ego and open the hips.
The Peak (Garudasana): Building from Chair Pose into One-Legged Chair, we find our peak in Eagle Pose. We use this "physical squeeze" to learn how to find our center when life feels unsteady.
The Integration: Releasing the effort with Side Twists and Happy Baby, finishing in a deep, crystal-clear Savasana.

Focus: Balance, shoulder/upper back release, and lung capacity.
The Lesson: We use balance poses to learn how to balance, not to master them.
Mantra: "I'm centered"
