In this session, we move with Ahimsa—the practice of non-violence and radical self-kindness. This class is designed to help you quiet the "inner critic" and listen to the wisdom of your body. We aren't here to perfect a shape; we are here to honor our boundaries and nourish our spirit.

Flow Highlights:

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): We begin with Sama Vritti (Equal Breath) to steady the nervous system and anchor our intention of peace.

  • The Warm-up: $3 \times$ Modified Sun Salutations. We swap traditional push-ups for gentle knee-to-floor transitions, focusing on spinal fluidity rather than force.

  • The Strength: A grounding Warrior Series to build "quiet power." We find stability in the legs while keeping the heart and shoulders soft and receptive.

  • The Focus: Balancing Poses practiced with a sense of play. Here, Ahimsa means laughing when we wobble and treating ourselves with the same grace we would give a friend.

The Goal: To leave the mat feeling spacious, centered, and deeply connected to your own "inner lioness."
