A energising 30-minute practice designed to awaken Manipura—the solar centre of courage, confidence, and inner fire.
We begin with a grounding, modified nadi shodhana, gentle neck and torso rotations, and seated cat–cow variations to clear stagnant energy. From there, we build heat through tabletop and downward dog, flowing into three-legged transitions, twisting low and high lunges, and deepening the fire with squats and rounds of boat pose.
We balance the intensity with a steady bridge pose, easing the nervous system while keeping the inner flame alive.
