How often do we hide behind the mask of 'I’m fine'? This week, we explore Satya, the practice of truthfulness. Satya is about more than just telling the truth to others; it is about being honest with ourselves about our needs, our boundaries, and our energy.
We move through a heart-opening flow designed to peel back the social masks we wear. By connecting to our breath and our physical sensations, we find the courage to acknowledge our true feelings without judgment. This is where the real healing begins.
This 45-minute guided yoga flow is an invitation to explore Satya — truthfulness — through mindful movement, breath, and inner listening.
Rather than forcing shapes, we practice noticing what is true in the body and meeting it with honesty and respect.
We begin seated with gentle torso rotations and side stretches, creating space and awakening awareness. From there, we move into a steady, grounding flow including Downward Dog, Pigeon Pose, Chair Pose with one leg, modified Downward Dog, and Surya Namaskar variations.
The practice builds into strong, embodied standing postures such as Warrior I, Humble Warrior, and Warrior II, encouraging clarity, strength, and presence — an opportunity to stand in your truth while staying connected to your breath.
This class balances softness and strength, inviting you to move with integrity, listen deeply, and leave feeling grounded, open, and aligned — on and off the mat.
