Ocean Vinyasa (30 Minutes)

Breathe with the rhythm of the ocean in this fluid 30-minute beachside practice designed to open your whole body and soften your mind. We begin seated, awakening the spine with gentle cat–cow waves, torso circles, side stretches, and juicy rotations that create spaciousness from the inside out.

We then move into tabletop for more mobility — soft cat–cow, hip circles, and a grounding thread-the-needle — before rising into Downward Dog. From here, enjoy a warm, steady flow through Three-Legged Dog, Chaturanga, and an earthy Lizard stretch to melt into the hips.

Standing, we explore Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, and Extended Side Angle with an optional bind to cultivate strength and openness.

We close with soothing floor postures — Child’s Pose, Sphinx, a gentle spinal twist, Happy Baby — and finally rest in Shavasana, letting the sound of the waves carry you into stillness.
