This gentle yoga practice is designed as a deep exhale after a stressful day.
A space to slow down, soften, and support your nervous system to shift from fight or flight into rest and digest.
We begin in Child’s Pose and move slowly through long-held, grounding shapes such as wide forward folds, sphinx pose, and gentle side stretches. Each posture is held for about a minute, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle.
This practice is less about effort and more about being held — helping you reconnect with your breath, your body, and a sense of safety within.
Perfect if you feel overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of rest.
