Morning Routine (15 Minutes)

This 15-minute morning yoga flow is designed to gently wake up the body and create space in all directions — perfect for mornings when time is short but movement feels essential.

We begin standing, moving through easy stretches in all directions to release stiffness and invite breath into the body. A modified Sun Salutation follows, building light warmth without rushing or intensity. The flow continues through Warrior II and Reverse Warrior, opening the hips and side body, before softening into Lizard and a grounding Squat.

A forward fold helps calm the mind, and the practice finishes with a supported Shoulder Stand to refresh circulation before settling into a short Savasana.

This class is supportive, steady, and accessible — offering just enough movement to help you feel awake, grounded, and ready for the day ahead, without feeling overwhelmed.
