This 20-minute class is a gentle, nourishing flow designed to open the body and release tension through slow, mindful movement.
We begin in Child’s Pose with a side stretch, creating space through the back body and breath. From Table Top, we explore soft hip circles and Tiger Pose to awaken the spine and hips.
The flow continues with Low Lunge with the arms reaching up and Half Split with the arms reaching back, inviting length through the legs and opening through the front body. A dynamic Camel variation and Sphinx Pose gently open the heart and chest.
The practice slowly winds down with Reclined Butterfly, allowing the hips to soften, before coming into Shavasana to rest and integrate.
