Unwind and soften after a busy day with this gentle 20-minute evening release practice. Designed to help you let go of tension and transition into rest, this class focuses on slow, soothing movements and deep breaths.
We’ll move through grounding postures including Child’s Pose, side stretches, Cat–Cow, Sphinx Pose, and Downward Dog, before settling into longer, nourishing shapes. You’ll rest lying on your belly in a supported sleeping position, ease into a gentle forward fold, and finish with a deeply calming Savasana.
Perfect for evenings when you feel tired, overstimulated, or tight in the body. This is a practice to release, reset, and come home to yourself.
