Structure (3 Sessions | 30-40 mins/session)

  2. Flow with the Heart – Move with breath and awaken your natural rhythm. Bringing Yoga postures into a flow, guided by your breath.

  3. Rise with Grace – Open your heart, expand your energy, and embody your power. This is your invitation to turn out of your head and into your body — to move, feel, and reconnect with your true self
