Awaken the Fire — A Breath-Led Lioness Flow (45 Minutes)

This class invites you to begin with slow, intentional breath awareness, settling into your body before the movement unfolds.
We warm through the core and spine with torso rotations, cat-cow variations, and expansive downward-dog transitions.
The flow builds gradually, guiding you through low lunge into warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle with a soft bind, and a spacious journey into reverse triangle and triangle with bind.

We finish in a supported shoulder stand to integrate, release, and return to stillness.

Expect warmth, strength, fluidity — and a deeper connection to the woman within.
