This 40-minute practice is an invitation to explore Ahimsa — the practice of non-violence and loving-kindness, both on and off the mat.
Rather than pushing or striving, this class encourages you to slow down, soften, and move in a way that truly supports you. It’s a reminder that yoga isn’t about forcing shapes, but about listening inward and responding with care.
We begin with modified Sun Salutations to gently warm the body, letting breath guide each movement. From there, we move into Warrior II and simple balancing poses, cultivating steady strength while practising kindness when things feel wobbly. The sequence peaks with Fallen Triangle, an expansive, heart-opening posture that invites a sense of empowerment without exhaustion.
What to expect:
Focus: Letting go of frustration and choosing self-love
Level: Beginner-friendly with clear, supportive cues
Feel: Calm, grounding, and quietly empowering
A beautiful practice to reconnect with yourself and move with love. 🌿
