35-Minute Yoga Nidra – Rest, Remember, Return

This 35-minute Yoga Nidra is a deeply nourishing guided rest designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and gently reconnect you with yourself.

We begin with systematic body rotation, inviting awareness to move through the body so tension can release and the mind can settle into a state between waking and sleep.

From there, we explore a gentle So Hum pranayama, guiding the breath from the nostrils to the eyebrow centre and back again. This subtle breath awareness quiets mental noise and draws attention inward, creating a feeling of spaciousness and ease.

The practice then moves into a guided visualisation, where you are invited to travel back in time to a moment in childhood — a place of safety, simplicity, or curiosity. This is not about analysing the past, but about reconnecting with a sense of innocence, presence, and being held.

To close, you’ll be guided on a chakra journey, moving gradually from the lower centres back up through the body, gently returning you to the present moment feeling grounded, integrated, and whole.
