Take a pause at the end of the week and give your body and mind the rest they deserve.
Simhi Yoga Sunday Reset is a slow and nourishing practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset before the new week begins.
We will begin with gentle Pawanmuktasana movements to softly awaken and release the joints and body. From there, we move into yin and restorative yoga, allowing the body to settle into longer, supported postures that invite deep relaxation.
The practice will finish with a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation often described as “yogic sleep,” helping the nervous system reset and the mind find stillness.
We close the evening with soft candlelight and a cup of chai, giving you a moment to slowly return and connect.
This evening is perfect if you are feeling:
• tired or overstimulated
• in need of deep rest
• wanting to reset before the week ahead
No yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
