You’ll answer thoughtful questions about your lifestyle, daily rhythms, and your current emotional, physical, and spiritual state.
I create your personalised Sadhana
Based on your answers, I design a yoga practice tailored specifically to you. Your Sadhana may include movement, breathwork, meditation, or other supportive practices — all chosen to meet you where you are.
We meet to go through your practice
We connect either in person or online. I guide you through your Sadhana, explain the intention behind it, and make sure you feel confident practising it on your own.
Afterwards, you’ll have your own personalised practice to return to daily — a ritual that supports your growth, strength, balance, and wellbeing.
This is more than a yoga class.
