Love Your Lioness 2026 is a half-day retreat designed for women who are ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their inner strength, intuition, and softness — the lioness within.
We begin the morning at Taylor Reserve, moving gently with a nourishing morning yoga flow guided by breath and awareness. With the ocean as our backdrop, we’ll settle into a grounding beach and ocean meditation, allowing the rhythm of the waves to calm the nervous system and bring us fully into the present moment.
After our time by the sea, we gently move inward to a nurturing indoor space — either a nearby studio or my home — where the rest of the retreat will unfold in warmth, comfort, and stillness.
Here, you’ll be guided through a Surya Namaskar workshop, exploring the depths of this beautiful flow which all its layers. This is followed by a deeply restorative guided relaxation, supporting rest, integration, and renewal.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished with refreshing drinks and wholesome snacks, and we’ll complete our time together with a lovingly prepared Ayurvedic lunch, designed to support balance, digestion, and vitality.
